We currently conduct services for over two-thirds all government departments in Hong Kong and on an on-going basis write regular magazines, newsletters and annual reports for The Civil Service, IVE  and Hebe Haven Yacht Club among many others.

 

Excel has researched, authored, edited, translated, designed and laid-out publications for numerous quasi-government and statutory bodies including publications for the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks, Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC), The Institute of Vocational Education.

 

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) commissioned Excel to edit a cross-boundary anti-corruption guide co-produced with the Macau SAR Government and the Guangdong Public Security Bureau. Excel was also commissioned by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and the Hong Kong Examination and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) for editing their Annual Reports.

 

Excel was appointed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority to research and write entire content of Site Safety Publications and Website materials. The Hospital Authority also appointed Excel to edit and proofread the entire content of their staff handbook in addition to training manuals.
